To ensure that we can offer a suitable measuring device or concentricity gauge for each of your workpieces, we offer various combination options. The various add-on elements can be individually slotted into the T-slot of the carbide baseplate and adjusted to fit. The integrated adjustment device enables the stop to be adjusted precisely and swiftly to the centre of the workpiece. The workpiece is simply placed in the concentricity gauge and slowly rotated using the attached handwheel. This slow rotation of your products leads to optimal measurement results. In addition, the thrust pressure of the friction wheel can be regulated using a sliding counterweight.
Our concentricity gauges are suitable for parts up to a length of 220 mm. You can find specific information in our program overview:
Additional elements available for the individual configuration of your measuring device are:
» Self-adjusting stop block with prism
» Sliding prism (adjustable)
» Stop block with prism
» Rigid or sprung centre holder
» Drive block
» Dial gauge stands or holders
Should you still not find a suitable concentricity gauge, or if you need a special combination option, we can work together with you to produce a customised product.
Thanks to their robust design, our concentricity gauges can be used on rotationally symmetrical parts in the inspection department as well as in the workshop next to production. You can use our measuring devices to determine the concentricity of crankshafts, ball bearings, shells and rollers, among other things. In addition, these dk inspection devices can be used to carry out optical concentricity measurements and comparative diameter tests. Furthermore, these measuring fixtures can be used as a mounting station for surface finish measurements.
For optimum concentricity tolerance testing, you can attach dial gauges or electronic measuring probes to our testing devices. By adding several measuring devices, you can record as many values and properties as you like in just one measuring operation. Other advantages of our dk concentricity gauges are:
» Workpieces can be rotated without applying significant force
» Precise results thanks to high repetition accuracy
» Easy assembly without tools
» Precise fixation
» Add-on elements can be flexibly combined
